Testers gave it a 4/5 for cooling. “This mattress has a cozy feeling lying on it, but doesn’t feel warm,” said one tester. “It didn’t feel hot or uncomfortable.”

It earned a 5/5 for both bounce and edge support. “I had to use a lot of effort to push my hand through the mattress, and it springs right back,” said one tester. “It’s not like my memory foam mattress at home, where the pressure from my hand takes a while to respond.” That quick response makes it easier to move around.
The Nolah Natural has zoned support, so you get more pressure relief where you need it most. Often, pressure builds up under the joints, but our testers felt well supported on both their backs and sides. “I feel like I am on the mattress more than in the mattress,” said one. “My body is barely sinking in. I like to feel a little more cradled in my mattress, but this mattress has great support.”
The edges also held up well. Testers felt steady both sitting and lying near the side. “When I am lying on my back, I am not tilting towards the edge at all,” said one. “This is very comfortable, and I feel very supported.” The experience was similar when seated. “I am barely sinking into the mattress, and I don’t feel like I am going to slide off,” said a tester. “I can exit the bed completely without using my hands.”
Testers did note one drawback to this latex mattress: “This bed was more noticeable with motion in comparison to others,” said one tester. “Every little movement could be felt. I think the average sleeper would do fine with this mattress, but if you are a light sleeper or if you or your partner have to exit the bed a lot through the night, it might not be the best for you.”
