Feeling Fit Club is a functional fitness program for older adults developed by San Diego County's Aging & Independence Services and SDSU exercise scientists. The program aims to improve strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility while fostering social connection. Classes meet 2–3 times weekly and include adaptable exercises for various abilities, done seated or standing.
