This is the most common sleeping position among older adults, according to our sleep survey.1 Testers gave this mattress a perfect 5/5 pressure relief score for side sleeping. "This feels really good!" one tester said. “My hips are not sinking at all, which is helping my spine feel pretty aligned.” But the mattress was less comfortable for other sleeping positions.
