Falls Free® CheckUp Logos and Banners

Join NCOA Sept. 22-26, 2025 for Falls Prevention Awareness Week (FPAW)! This nationwide observance event aims to improve awareness, reduce falls, and help older adults feel safe and confident in their daily lives. Falls Free® CheckUp allows older adults to understand their risk of falling. Use the logos and banners provided below in your digital and print media to encourage everyone to take the Falls Free® CheckUp.

Falls Free CheckUp

It is important for older adults to understand their risk of falling.  NCOA's Falls Free® CheckUp is a simple, 13-question, digital assessment that provides older adultswith a personalized "falls risk" score and related guidance for reducing their risk of falling.
