Susan Silberman, PhD, has more than 25 years of experience in the research and evaluation field as a political economist, researcher, and evaluator focusing on health care, economic security, public policy, and opinion survey research. Silberman has worked in communities across the United States, including with Native Americans and Indigenous people, helping people at the local level learn to evaluate their programs and services.
