Rani E. Snyder, MPA, is acting president at The John A. Hartford Foundation. With over 25 years of experience improving care for older adults, she leads initiatives to build Age-Friendly Health Systems, support family caregivers, and improve serious illness and end-of-life care. She previously directed Health Care Programs at the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation and is former board chair of Grantmakers in Aging. She currently serves on the board of the American Society on Aging and is a fellow of The New York Academy of Medicine.
