July 28, 2025, Arlington, VA—The National Council on Aging (NCOA), the national voice for every person’s right to age well, has named Todd Pittman as Chief Development Officer effective July 28, 2025.

Todd brings an impressive blend of leadership and philanthropic acumen. His proven ability to create strategic partnerships and drive impact will supercharge our mission to ensure every American has the resources to age well.”
Pittman brings a wealth of experience in philanthropy, social impact, and corporate responsibility, having most recently served as Head of Global Philanthropy at Globally, where he led high-impact partnerships and leadership development initiatives. His prior roles include Chief Development Officer at NeighborWorks, Director of Community Impact & Customer Success at Resilia, where he oversaw a national team supporting nonprofits, and leadership positions at the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers and the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility at Johns Hopkins University.
Over his career, Pittman has secured more than $820 million in funding for global initiatives. He is widely recognized as a national thought leader featured in The New York Times, Black Enterprise, and the Journal of Urban Affairs.
