Tauhric Brown

Tauhric Brown is a nonprofit executive and business leader committed to improving the lives of older adults, people with disabilities, and the caregivers who support them. The passion to work for a cause bigger than self led him to serve as Business Development Director and COO of Milestone Senior Services and as the President and CEO of CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions in Indiana.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brown, Roberts & Associates LLC., he helps organizations build sustainable, person-centered systems that expand access, strengthen independence, and support dignity across the lifespan. He also serves as CEO of Bauer Family Resources, a CBO with a focus on early childhood education, youth services, juvenile justice, and family centered services across a nine-county region in West Central Indiana.
His leadership bridges business strategy, nonprofit capacity building, aging services, and disability inclusion. Brown brings more than two decades of experience in operations, executive leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development that empowers communities respond to the needs of older adults, people with disabilities, and family caregivers.
Brown’s work aligns closely with the National Council on Aging’s mission to create the conditions for all to age well today and into the future. He is especially focused on advancing economic security, healthy aging, caregiver support, and community-based solutions that help people remain connected, supported, and independent for as long as possible.
As a member of NCOA's Board of Directors, Brown brings a practical, mission-driven perspective rooted in both financial sustainability and compassionate advocacy. His guiding principle is clear: when organizations have the margin to sustain their work, they can better deliver on the mission to help older adults and people with disabilities live with dignity, choice, and opportunity.
