Catherine Han, LMSW, PMP, is a Senior Specialist, Direct Care Workforce (DCW) Project Management at NCOA. She supports the Direct Care Workforce Strategies Center by leading project management, technical assistance coordination, stakeholder engagement, resource development, and cross-sector collaboration efforts. In this role, she empowers states, partners, and professionals with the tools, resources, and support needed to strengthen the direct care workforce and advance programs that reflect NCOA's core belief that everyone deserves to age well. She holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.
