Medicare Open Enrollment Resources for Older Adults

Medicare Open Enrollment runs from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7, 2025, and now is the time to make sure beneficiaries know what their options are. It's always important to review Medicare coverage each year during Open Enrollment as plans can change from year to year--but it can be especially important for those whose personal situations may have changed recently. For example, a new chronic condition or upcoming surgery could impact the type of coverage someone needs or their expected health care costs.
