The Center for Healthy Aging (CHA) supports evidence-based health promotion and disease prevention programs in the community and online. We collaborate with national, state, and community partners and house two national resource centers that are funded by the U.S. Administration for Community Living, Administration on Aging:
- National Chronic Disease Self-Management Education (CDSME) Resource Center
- National Falls Prevention Resource Center
Both resource centers serve organizations seeking to implement, evaluate, and sustain evidence-based programs. Technical assistance is provided through a collection of resources on evidence-based program implementation and sustainability, webinars, an annual meeting, a monthly e-newsletter, individualized support, and more.
