Savannah Bacon

Savannah Bacon is a writer and mental health advocate living in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a BA from Emory University.

She grew up in South Carolina, in a time where you didn’t talk about mental illness (or were told it wasn’t real). As an adult, she dedicated her career to helping others understand their health, both at Emory’s School of Medicine and WebMD. She’s always been a proponent for the healing power of therapy (and also chocolate).

Off the internet, she can probably be found swimming in natural waters, reading about nature, or treating her dog like a baby.
