Highlights

Crossroads: NCOA's Online Community

Aging-field professionals connect on NCOA’s Crossroads.  Registered members can select from several community groups to join; individuals interested in CDSME and other evidence-based programs might consider the Healthy Aging group while those seeking DSMT accreditation may be interested in the forum, Diabetes Self-Management Training. Both groups may be fully accessed here, following registration confirmation.
