Get the Help You Deserve
You may be missing out on an important benefit that helps thousands of older adults in Michigan put more food on the table. This is your chance to get SNAP (also known as Food Assistance Program (FAP)/MI Bridge Card) benefits you didn’t even know were there!
This service is provided by the National Council on Aging (NCOA) and MiCAFE, a program of Elder Law of Michigan (ELM), to improve the health and economic security of older adults in MI. If you fill out the form below, a staff member from ELM will contact you to see if you are eligible for SNAP/Food Assistance Program (FAP)/MI Bridge Card and help you apply.
SNAP is the new name for the Food Assistance Program (FAP)/MI Bridge Card, so if you already get food stamps, please do not complete this form. Learn more about NCOA
