The Florida Health Network and MAC, Inc. Living Well Center of Excellence are collaborating to measure social isolation as a risk factor for depression in rural and low income older adults. Individuals identified with depression will participate in eight one-on-one PEARLS sessions. The two organizations are testing multiple reimbursement strategies to ensure program sustainability.
