“You only get one chance to make a first impression.” These are words the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative (OHAI) has adopted, and they guided our marketing activities. Listen to this session to learn about marketing strategies and activities used by OHAI to attract and retain older adults and their caregivers. Tactics to be discussed include brand development, the use of social media, participant engagement prior to and following classes, and general outreach activities.
