Saeed Elnaj is Chief Information Officer and Vice President for Information Technology (IT), where he is leading the drive toward new technology accelerators as a key to NCOA’s strategic success. For more than 25 years, he has provided this kind of visionary and transformative IT leadership to global companies and nonprofits, including Oracle, Ericsson, AARP, and the Ooredoo Group. Elnaj is an industry thought leader on aligning and improving IT and business goals, translating business strategies into modern frictionless and insightful IT solutions, and facilitating enterprise growth.

Elnaj’s management and technical skills and experiences span several highly competitive markets, including telecom, genomics, health care, and nonprofits. He also has contributed to groundbreaking innovations, including the first successful mapping of the human genome.

Prior to joining NCOA, Elnaj was Vice President of Global ICT for Project Concern International, where he aligned the organization’s IT portfolio with the its 2020 business strategy. He also transformed its IT infrastructure across the U.S. and 11 countries, moving its working environment to the cloud and automating key business processes.

Elnaj holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
