Aging Agencies Go Online to Help People Find Benefits

More area and state agencies on aging are using online screening and application tools to help them find and enroll people in benefits, states a new report from our National Center for Benefits Outreach & Enrollment.
Agencies say the tools help them save time, track applications, and ensure accuracy.
