North Shore Senior Center receives $25,000 grant

North Shore Senior Center is proud to announce that it has been chosen as the recipient of a $25,000 grant to support its services in the areas of elder abuse prevention, education, and outreach. The grant is being awarded by the Million Dollar Round Table.

Memory Lane Café starting in Manchester

If you have had cardiac surgery or have been through pulmonary rehabilitation, you may also want to know what exercises and how much you should and should not do. You may even have an injury and are not sure if exercise would help or hurt. The Johnson Memorial Medical Center Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department is offering a Complimentary Physical Therapy Consultation at the Enfield Senior Center on Tuesday, August 7, from 9 a.m. to noon.
