How NCOA Helps


The Center for Healthy Aging helps community organizations offer fun and proven programs  that keep older adults moving.

We connect community organizations with proven programs that empower older adults to engage in exercise. 

In addition, the Center promotes multiple healthy aging programs proven to empower and engage older adults in self management and behavior change to improve chronic disease self-management, fall prevention, and depression. Each of these programs helps older adults to become more physically active and to live healthier lives.  Learn more about how evidence-based programs can help.
