Iowa, North Carolina, and Washington share how they developed win-win relationships with their state Medicaid office by training Medicaid staff about CDSMP, marketing to providers and Medicaid clients, embedding CDSMP using staff within Medicaid, and formalizing relationships and processes for referral.
