Oregon is embarking on a multi-year process to develop a sustainable system for self-management program delivery and financing in Oregon. The Living Well Business Plan identifies an efficient, effective delivery and funding mechanism for bringing these programs to scale via the Oregon Self-Management Alliance. Laura Chisholm, from the Oregon Health Authority, shares  an overview of the plan and what steps the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Living Well Network will take over the next few years to build the Oregon Self-Management Alliance.
