Interested in learning about a program that can help reduce falls and build confidence in older people to undertake everyday activities safely? Watch this webinar, where we will share an overview of the community-based, small-group falls prevention workshop Stepping On. The program meets the Administration on Aging’s highest-level criteria for evidence-based programs and is complementary to other evidence-based programming. Additionally, presenters will share how Wisconsin assures sustainability of evidence-based programs through partnerships with the Wisconsin Institute for Healthy Aging, the Wisconsin Bureau of Aging and Disability Resources, the aging network throughout the state, and other community partners.

This webinar is part of a series given by the Center for Healthy Aging and partners as part of the U.S. Administration for Community Living, Administration on Aging's (through the FY 2013 Prevention and Public Health Fund) National Resource Center on Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Programs.
