This reference guide describes multiple programs for promoting physical activity among older adults in the United States. Aspects of each program are described in four sections of this guide: (1) Program Summary Table, (2) Detailed Program Abstraction Table, (3) Program Descriptions, and (4) Contact Table. The Project Summary Table offers a snapshot of each program, with more detailed information listed in the Detailed Program Abstraction Table. The Program Descriptions are brief narratives about each program, and the Contact Table lists the persons and organizations that created the program.
