Following the lead of the Aging and Disability Resource Center initiative the Center for Healthy Aging has created a national logo for use by AoA Demonstration Project grantees on their Web sites, print materials and in marketing campaigns. The logo is intended to facilitate a nationwide branding of Evidence-Based Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Programs in community-based organizations serving older adults.  The attached document contains guidelines for use of the logo.
