Evidence-Based Healthy Aging Program Logo

November 17, 2009

Following the lead of the Aging and Disability Resource Center initiative the Center for Healthy Aging has created a national logo for use by AoA Demonstration Project grantees on their Web sites, print materials and in marketing campaigns. The logo is intended to facilitate a nationwide branding of Evidence-Based Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Programs in community-based organizations serving older adults.

The logo is designed to convey an assurance to both consumers and service providers of quality and consistent performance outcomes if these programs are implemented according to their implementation guidelines. It will also convey the host organization’s commitment to providing high quality programming as well as a commitment to enhancing the health and quality of life of those older adults you serve.

Please read the Evidence-Based Healthy Aging Program Logo User Guidelines prior to use.
