Public housing residents experience high rates of chronic conditions, with older adults representing a significant proportion of the population in public housing. Evidence-based programs (EBPs) are programs that offer proven ways to promote health and prevent disease among older adults. EBPs offer public housing residents the opportunity to manage their health.
