2009 Falls Prevention Awareness Day Survey Findings

Findings from 2009 survey following FPAD 2009. 21 states are included in this report: Alaska, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. The survey questions and responses are summarized in this report. This report has assisted planning for 2010 and future Falls Prevention Awareness Day.
