The days of retirement at age 62 are over. Millions of older adults want — or need — to keep working.

We're a national voice for mature workers and the vital role they play in our workforce. We're looking at new ways employers can attract, retain, and value older employees.

We also partner with the federal government to help older adults find meaningful training and employment opportunities — right in their own communities.

How We Help

• Mature Workers + Community Service Jobs
  We work with the U.S. Department of Labor to connect adults aged 55+ with training and employment in fields like computer technology, education, child care, building maintenance, and health care. Read more about SCSEP.
• Jobs for the Environment, Jobs for Seniors
  We work with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to provide workers aged 55+ with skilled jobs supporting environmental projects. See what they're working on.
