The SEE program allows workers aged 55+ to share their skills and expertise with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

SEE positions range from microbiologists, chemists, and research assistants—to technical writers, clerks, secretaries, and scientists. There are both full and part-time positions with benefits. SEE allows older adults to engage in meaningful work and supplement their income.

NCOA is one of six national aging organizations administering the SEE program through a cooperative agreement with the EPA.

SEE enrollees work at EPA facilities throughout the U.S. Sites include:

  • Cincinnati, OH
  • Sacramento, CA
  • Washington, DC
  • Silver Spring, MD
  • Boston, MA
  • Stennis Space Center, MS
  • Honolulu, HI
