Part D Annual Enrollment Period

The annual Open Enrollment Period (OEP) is the time of year when your clients can make changes to their Part D and Medicare Advantage coverage. They can also use this period to switch from Medicare Advantage to Original Medicare, or vice versa. The OEP runs from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7; any changes your clients make related to the OEP take effect Jan. 1, 2013.
