Medicare Preventive Benefits

To help people with Medicare stay healthy, Medicare covers certain screening tests, supplies, and teaching services.  Many people with Medicare can receive most of these preventive benefits without having to pay a coinsurance amount or the Part B deductible ($147 in 2013).  This means Medicare will pay 100% for most preventive benefits.
