Hosted by: The Friday Morning Collaborative, a coalition of national aging and disability organizations working together to advance home and community-based services and supports, with support from The SCAN Foundation

States are increasingly establishing or expanding Medicaid managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) programs.

LTSS quality measures and monitoring activities are essential tools for consumers and states to ensure protections, enhance choice and plan performance, and align incentives to meet desired goals such as rebalancing or promoting options for self-direction.

This webinar is part of series aimed at promoting dialogue and building the capacity of advocates on quality and reporting measures in MLTSS.

It will highlight the development of a new Home and Community Based Services Experience Survey being designed to align with the Agency for Health Care Research (AHRQ) Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) project.

Speakers:

  • Anita Yuskauskas, Disabled and Elderly Health Programs, CMS
  • Julie Hayes Seibert, Truven Health Analytics
  • Elizabeth Frentzel, American Institutes for Research

Space is limited, so please register early and share lines when possible. Close captioning is available. The webinar will also be recorded and made available for viewing following the event.
