NCOA Leadership Awards

Each year at the Aging in America conference, we recognize individuals and organizations whose contributions have dramatically improved the lives of older Americans. The awards are a chance to bring together leaders in aging to reward excellence.

Arthur Flemming Award
Named for one of the prime architects of Social Security, this award is presented to organizations that have established powerful partnerships that build bridges between the public and private sectors so that older persons are better able to weather the hazards and vicissitudes of life.
