Buddy Can You Spare A Job? New Metlife Boomer Employment Study

Millions of Americans plan to work until at least age 69, but those looking for jobs encounter challenges, states a new report from the MetLife Mature Market Institute. The study of workers aged 55 to 70 finds that to be successful, older job-hunters must adapt to the changing workplace by adopting new attitudes, specific skills, and a fresh set of expectations.
